As someone who works in cybersecurity for a company that relies on DHS intelligence (among others), this is flabbergasting. If they're altering their intel, then they can't be trusted. We already essentially knew that. The FBI told Florida that election systems in two counties had been compromised. They would not say which though. They contended that no votes were changed though.
