 Yep. One of my family members from more rural parts asked me once if it bothered me that there were frequently people shooting up in the parking garages and alleys downtown. I could definitely do without the dick displays, though. My sister and brother-in-law moved up from San Diego and one morning shortly after moving here he was walking to work from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal and got stopped by a cop for jay walking. As the cop was writing up the ticket he was like wait what about that guy smoking crack over there on the sidewalk and the that guy over there pissing on the tree by the parking meter???
