 Normally I would agree with you, but I suspect they have moved the hospital, doctors and equipment to the White House now. It's all about optics. We won't really know what is going on behind closed doors at the White House unless someone blows the whistle. It's like the fake photo they posted of President Trump "working" from the hospital the other day. When you zoomed in, the paper was actually blank. It's all just for show. The White House has a well-equipped infirmary, he can probably be treated there if he wants to avoid the bad PR. Of course if it gets worse he can't avoid it forever.
