 Unfortunately there’s nothing to really stop them from stopping employees from discussing them though along with stopping talks of unionization. Most people who do discuss those two at companies that don’t want them discussed end up jobless shortly after for “other reasons”.Yup! I got hired for 10.50 an hour a while back, employees who had been there for years still made 10. They heard a rumor, I freely discussed my wages, literally the next week everyone made 10.50. I'm so glad I looked into this act so I could help everyone get a little bit more. Still a shitty wage but Im glad I paid no mind to the policy about not discussing wages. I will always discuss them.
