A person with Dunning Kruger would never admit they didn't know something. Most likely they wouldn't try to learn anything new. To the other extreme, the person with Imposter Syndrome would be constantly telling themselves they were lacking the necessary knowledge to do whatever they needed to do a task (or just live their life). The Socratic Paradox is the equilibrium of understanding that both people are right, but also wrong. Not everything can be known, it is the pursuit of knowledge that's the point. Admitting that you don't know something isn't weakness, it leads to more knowledge.
