 I just started FMA for the first time last month (almost done with the OG series, but haven't touched FMAB yet).I knew about Hughes' death, cause I've seen the meme so much. It still hurt, but I kinda figured out when it was gonna happen and braced myself for it.Nina's death came out of nowhere. She and her dog were so cute, they didn't deserve what they got. Fuck her dad That actress... Gina Torres... her face in that scene is incredible, at least five huge emotions go across it in literally seconds before she clamps down the grief and her steely resolve kicks in, and it's a gut punch for me every time.
